Art as Method treats creativity as a way of thinking, noticing, and working with inner experience. The finished piece matters, but the act of making does something of its own: it can slow a reaction, give form to what has no clear language, bring patterns into view, and create enough distance to look honestly at what is happening inside.
Some pages in this section offer specific creative exercises. Others use art to sort through what has become tangled: what you feel, what you remember, what you inherited, and what is actually yours. Across both, art is a working tool for self-reflection, emotional processing, and psychological integration.
This is not art as decoration, therapy, or a promise that making something will do your inner work for you. It is art used to make the unseen visible enough to witness, question, and work with.
