Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason if necessary. We will tell you the reason, and you will receive a full refund for the products not shipped to you. We reserve the right to send partial orders.
Digital and Downloaded Products
There are no refunds, no exceptions, for these products:
- Gift Cards
- Sale items
- Downloaded products
- Digital products
- Tuition fees
Original Work
Returns and refunds for original work are only applicable where goods have arrived to you damaged. In this case, we will work with the carrier for the insured amount. You will receive the amount of your purchase as a refund. In this case, you will need to provide photographs of the damage before a refund can be processed.
What to Expect from the Refund Process of Original Works
- You contact us with information about the damage to your item(s).
- We discuss repair and return options.
- You ship the damaged product to us at 524 W Walnut St, Lebanon, IN 46052. Consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. If the item is damaged as described, we will continue with the refund or repair. If the damage turns out to be intentional or not as described, we reserve the right to cancel any refund or portion of it.
- When a refund is approved, it is processed immediately. We will apply a credit to your original method of payment minus the shipping cost we paid to send your item(s) to you. For example: You paid $500 for a product, and shipping cost us $50. That means you will receive a refund of $450.
Print-on-Demand Products
Print on demand product returns are solely up to the provider. Currently I use Fine Art America and this is their Return Policy.
