Some weight refuses to stay invisible. It rides in the chest, the jaw, the hands. It waits for quiet and then gets loud. You have managed it, named it, written about it, walked it around the block a thousand times. It is still yours to carry. A custom doll gives it somewhere else to sit.
You bring the weight. I build the body it goes in.
How a Doll Gets Made in This Studio
Here is the honest version. Every custom spirit doll begins the same way: twisted wire, batting, fiber, and your intention on my workbench. Then, somewhere between the armature and the last binding, she starts having opinions. A color refuses to work. A stone insists. A face shows up that I did not plan.
The dolls talk to me while I build them, and they arrive with personalities I can take only partial credit for. I stopped apologizing for this around the third doll that named herself. She becomes herself in my hands. That is what you are commissioning.
The Charge Is Built In, and It Is Physical
Inside and against her body go gemstones, herbs, and essential oils chosen for her purpose. They are why she reads as presence instead of craft supply. They give her force a body: steady, specific, and able to be returned to again and again. She will not do your work for you. She holds the charge so you can come back to it.

Built on the cross-shaped armature and holding your chosen intention: protection, boundaries, voice, Shadow collaboration, the slow return of self-trust. She carries one or two gemstones; when there is a second, it usually settles at the breast, belly, or backside. A material witness for the work only you can do. She holds the focus. You do the work.
For the force that needs a body

A vessel for embodied presence: archetype, element, goddess, or mythic figure. The energy you keep meeting in dreams and doorways, brought into form you can stand next to. Every helpful force has a shadow, and she carries both. Helpful does not mean harmless.
For the fear that found you
JoJo’s Oddities™
Fear, given a body. Name the oddity: the folklore figure, the cryptid, the monster from the story that followed you home. Send two or three images of what you think she should resemble and choose her size. I choose the stones she carries: one, two, or three, depending on how big a fear we are housing. Then she sits where you can keep an eye on her, and you can finally ask what she came to say.
What You Shape, and What Shapes Itself
You choose her size, her intention or her figure, her complexion, her hair, and the mood she should carry: eerie, grounded, soft, or armed. I choose the rest: the stones, the herbs or oils, the bindings, and everything the doll decides on her own. Pick what calls to you where the form allows, or leave it to me and the doll to argue over.
And if you have something of your own that belongs in her, a ring, a scrap of fabric, a photograph, a letter you never sent, say so. Some of the strongest dolls I have built carry something their Keeper mailed me first.
Size Sets the Starting Price
Prices are starting points. Custom work adds $50 to my ready-made ladder because collaboration is labor: the good kind. If your doll needs unusual materials or unusual hours, you will know before a single binding goes on.
6 to 8 inches
from $189
Pocket-altar scale. Intimate, portable, made to be kept close on the days that require it. Carries one gemstone.
9 to 11 inches
from $249
Altar scale. Built to be seen, consulted, and occasionally glared at. Carries two gemstones.
12 to 14 inches
from $319
Presence scale. She holds her corner of the room and does not ask permission. Carries three gemstones.
15 to 18 inches
from $439
The centerpiece. For work that needs a witness you cannot walk past. Usually three gemstones; at this scale, we talk it through.
What Arrives With Her
Every doll ships with her archive: a creation sheet holding the original sketch, process notes, and scraps the making left behind; a materials note explaining her gemstones, oils, herbs, and care; a matching set of stones or herbs for your own use; photographs of her internal construction; a Certificate of Authentication; and her story, the one she told me during the build.
How It Works
- Tell me what needs a body. Use the fields on this page. Be honest, symbolic, specific: whatever gets it out of your head and onto my bench.
- Choose her size and pay from the cart: half now or all of it, on her starting price.
- Within two business days I review everything with you and confirm her final price before any work begins. Anything above the starting price gets your approval first. If the number does not sit right, you receive a full refund and no hard feelings.
- The build begins. She takes form, I take photographs, and she starts talking. That part is not negotiable, apparently.
- When she is finished, any remaining balance is invoiced before she ships to you.
Nothing is made until the meaning is clear.
A custom doll is a tool for your own internal work, built with consent and intention. She will not fight for you, fix you, cure you, or take responsibility for your life. That work stays yours; she makes it harder to abandon. She is not built to control, harm, punish, or manipulate anyone else. This begins and ends with your own internal landscape.
These dolls are not toys and are not for children. They carry small parts, wire, stones, fibers, oils, and herbs. The oils and herbs are for symbolic and sensory use only. Read the material guidance that ships with her before touching anything to skin.
