How I Work

Truth First. Tools Second.

This site is shaped by lived experience, real hands, real emotion—and real strategy.
It’s also shaped, at times, by artificial intelligence.

I use AI as a tool—just like I use yarn, ash, paint, or bone.
Some of the writing and visual content here is created in collaboration with AI. But nothing makes it onto this site unless it tells the truth. I edit, rewrite, or scrap anything that doesn’t hold weight. The final word is always mine.

I won’t pretend this site is built on more blood, sweat, and tears than it already demands. I believe in using what works—so I have time to make hand-done art that speaks the truth.

The Photos You See Are Real

Every piece of portfolio artwork and every product photo on this site was made and shot by me. I use a Pixel phone, either natural light or light rings, and Photoshop to blur background clutter and make the colors as close to the original as possible.

Sometimes I replace the background with a block of color so your eyes stay where they belong—on the doll, the texture, the knot that says something you didn’t expect.

No Staging. No Pretending.

What you see here was built to carry weight. Emotional, psychological, symbolic.

That includes the process.
It’s messy. It’s layered. It uses every tool I’ve got.

If that makes the work harder to categorize—okay.
If it makes it easier for me to do justice to the work this site is built to hold—better.
And if it helps you find lost pieces of yourself in any of the images presented here—dream fulfilled.
