## 1. Original Artwork

All original artwork purchased from kelliejoart.com is created by Kellie Jo Close and shipped directly from my studio.

- **Free Shipping:** Shipping is free within the United States.
- **Returns & Refunds:** If you need to return your purchase, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. For more details, see our [Refund and Returns Policy](https://kelliejoart.com/policy-pages/refund-returns/).

## 2. Where We Ship

- **United States:** Shipping is free for all original artwork.
- **International Shipping:** If you are outside the United States and would like to purchase original artwork, please [contact me](https://kelliejoart.com/contact/) to arrange shipping. Additional fees will apply.

## 3. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver your original artwork:

- **USPS**
- **FedEx**
- **UPS**

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text.

## 4. Delivery Times

- **Order Processing:** Original artwork is shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
- **Delivery Time:** Delivery times vary based on location and the shipping carrier.

- Delivery times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
- If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or text.

### 4.1 Commissioned Artwork

- **Shipping times for commissioned artwork** will depend on the time required to complete the piece. Specific deadlines and shipping dates will be discussed during the commission process.

## 5. Accurate Delivery Information

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient’s full name.

- **Liability:** We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by you.

## 6. Print-On-Demand Products

Fine Art America ships globally. If you purchase print-on-demand products via Fine Art America, the shipping terms of their website will apply. While their website does not currently have a shipping policy page, you can find shipping details on their [returns page](https://fineartamerica.com/moneybackguarantee.html).
